Team IBJA is focused to work and fulfill all the initiatives formulated by the association for the whole of Gems and Jewellery Fraternity nation-wide, keeping a global approach in mind. We are actively forming the “State Boards” of IBJA and shall soon organise “Round Table Conferences” in these States.
The 4th India International Bullion Summit (IIBS – 4) is scheduled on 16th March, 2017 at hotel Sahara Star Mumbai. The gem and jewellery industry is positive about the implementation of GST. Certainly this sector will be more systematic once the GST is in place. We foresee a good season ahead.
Needless to mention that various measures have been taken by the Government to streamline the Gems and Jewellery Sector; IBJA appreciates the Government’s intention on easing the process of operating business for the Gems and Jewellery sector.
